About TradeCraft Fundraising Solutions
I'm Joe Molina. Thirteen years as an agricultural education teacher, thirteen years running fundraisers for my program — food products, flowers, auctions, galas, and straight donation-based campaigns. I know where the money leaks, because I watched it happen in my own program.
The Molina Family
Ag teacher for 13 years. Marine Corps veteran. Husband and dad. TradeCraft is built by someone who's stood in your shoes, running the same fundraisers, for the same kinds of programs.
The Origin
For thirteen years I ran fundraisers for my program — every kind there is. Food products with a catalog and a markup. Flowers with a delivery window that always landed on the worst possible week. Auctions and galas that took months to plan for one night of return. Straight donation drives that worked great, right up until we had to figure out how to actually collect and track the money.
Every model had the same problem: the platform, the product, or the process stood between our supporters and the cause they actually cared about.
People weren't buying the candle, the coupon book, or the wrapping paper. They were supporting a kid, a program, a team. The product was just the excuse — and it ate 30–50% of what our community was trying to give us before we ever saw it.
As a Marine, I don't have much patience for wasted effort. TradeCraft exists to cut the waste out of fundraising: no catalog, no markup, no mailing list harvested and sold off the back of your campaign. Just a direct line from the people who care about you to your account.
Run Every Model. Learned the Same Lesson.
Catalogs, order forms, delivery logistics — and margins eaten alive before a dollar reached the program.
Delivery windows, spoilage, and inventory nobody wanted to manage on top of a full teaching schedule.
Months of planning for a single night — item sourcing, check-in, and reconciliation that took weeks after.
The model that actually worked — once we solved for collecting, tracking, and reporting it cleanly.
Why That Matters to You
Not theory. Thirteen years of running these events myself, from the classroom side.
I watched too much of what our community gave get absorbed by a catalog. TradeCraft campaigns skip the product entirely.
I've seen contact-upload models turn a fundraiser into a mailing list grab. We never ask for donor contacts before a gift is given.
Coaches, teachers, and volunteer leaders don't need another system to manage. We built TradeCraft to run itself once it's set up.
Driven by Service
TradeCraft exists to give organizations a way to raise money that respects the people raising it and the people giving it. No markup standing in the middle. No mailing list sold off the back of your cause.
